you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Britco offers a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, and after building cleaning.
• All bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly at britcocleaning@gmail.com or 07399275038.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of the services.
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods outlined on our website.
• Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
• Clients must ensure that access to the premises is available at the scheduled time.
• Clients must provide any specific instructions for cleaning prior to the service.
• Britco is not responsible for any damage or loss of items left unattended.
• Britco is fully insured and takes great care in providing services. However, we are not liable for any damages resulting from normal wear and tear, or for any pre-existing conditions.
• In the event of damages caused directly by our services, liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, arrange a follow-up cleaning at no additional cost.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Manchester, Lancashire.
Britco reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
